If you live in Pueblo Colorado, you've probably have been watching the exciting restoration of the old Holems Hardware Building at 400 S Union, just down the street from Rawlings Library and up the street from Steel City Art Works Gallery at 216 S Union.

All up and down Union are antique stores, galleries, restaurants, coffee shops and more. But the Fuel and Iron Food Hall is the new kid on the block and hosts a variety of eateries all under one roof, including:
